KTA is a registered law firm regulated by Uganda’s law council. We are affiliated with Uganda Law Sociey and East Africa Law Society.
We’re committed to protecting your Personal Data (used interchangeably as “your data” or “your Information”) when you’re using our website. This Privacy Policy explains how KTA collects, records and uses information about you. If you provide KTA with your information, you are giving your consent to accepting this Privacy Policy.
All information will be held and used in accordance with the Electronic Transactions Act 2011 (the “Act”).

- What information will KTA collect about me?
When you visit our site (on a mobile device, tablet or desktop), you may provide us with information personal to you, such as your name, your address, your email address, your mobile phone number and your date of birth (your “Information”). You may provide additional “Information” if you wish.

The “Information” that you provide to us will be stored on our servers which might be in or outside East Africa. Access to your “Information” is limited to those who have a need to manage it. This could include our employees of our group companies, service providers or agencies) but your data will be protected in the same ways as outlined in this Privacy Policy. We’ll take all necessary and reasonable steps to ensure that any “Information” that we send to outside Uganda is protected by appropriate technical, physical, electronic, and organizational procedures in place to keep that “Information” and prevent the unauthorized or unlawful processing of your “Information”, and accidental loss or destruction of, or damage to, your “Information”. By submitting your “Information”, you consent to this.
Where you’ve chosen a password which allows you to access certain parts of our website, you’re responsible for keeping this password confidential. We recommend that you don’t share your password with anyone else. We recommend that your password is unique to your KTA account.
